Customer is presented with a portfolio of recommended actions, and the progression on these actions are tracked.
For every action on the recommended next steps, the customer gets awarded a set number of points.
Program implementer will engage the customer through bi-weekly publications, program updates and other channels.
Customer will be provided with a leaderboard platform that further gamifies their participation in the discussions.
